Blizzard client stuck downloading new files

1G download Limit through blizzard client set to 0 I downloaded the game at work and transferred the files over. The download was fine there but now at home again there’s a 7.5GB patch LESS THAN 24 HOURS AFTER THE GAME HAS BEEN RELEASED. I’m trying to download the new 8GB patch and it’s only doing it at 260KB/s.

I’m having a similar issue to this I started the download at 10 pm last night it’s currently 5:16 pm THE NEXT DAY. And it’s gets stuck at 43 percent.
